"rolling-over" stuff. So I thought it would be a good time to
review.

First: get over on your side and have a gooooood stretch-out. Put your
left arm up alongside your head, and push off with your right foot. |
...there, see? You're half-way there, ladies. Take some
time to appreciate your hands, if you like, while you take a little breather.

Next, you want to get your left leg over across your body. This is where
regular stretching is really going to help you out. Let your left arm follow
through, and... |
