On really cold days, Mom (and sometimes Dad) takes us to the Conservatory
at Como Park in St. Paul, so we can run around without jackets on. |
It's swell. I can go around in circles for hours! |
Okay, birthday time! I don't quite get the concept of unwrapping
presents yet... fortunately, I have a big sister to help. |
Uncle Charles & Aunt Melissa (&
my cousins Casey & Jessica) got me a ducky for the bath. |
It's bigger than my head -- but I like it! |
Daddy watches as I blow out the candles
on my first birthday cake of the weekend. |
I tuck right in. |
Unwrapping gifts is a new concept -- eating,
I have the hang of! |
After a pleasant afternoon with family, Mommy reads to me on the living
room couch. |
Later that day, it's bathtime. Daddy was
sad that the picture's out of focus, but it gets the point across. |
See? Ducky's in there with us! |
Oh, boy -- Sunday, and another birthday
party! (yesterday Family; today, Friends) |
I got a baby doll from Jane. |
Let's see now.. I remember seeing this
done once, but from a different perspective... |
This time, I started blowing at the candles as soon as they came in the
room! |
That night, before bathtime, I opened presents
for the third time this weekend -- this time, gifts from my family
in California. I got lots and lots of cool books! |
